Ordering Films and Fiche

Once an item of interest is located you may request a microfilm for a six-week or six-month loan to the Center nearest you, but they may not be taken home. In addition, those already on loan at a local center may be used by anyone who uses the facility.

Fees are very reasonable, costing less than $4 per roll. Microfiche cost less than 50¢ each. Ask a librarian for a loan form. Films may take from two to three weeks to arrive, and you may be notified by phone or mail.
