The only difference in arriving at the Repository List from the edit screen for an individual or a marriage screen. is the number of screens you have to go through to arrive at the same point as described above. Bring up an Edit Individual screen by:
Select a source which holds material, one which has an asterisk—"*s." Click that and you are in the Source Notes screen for that occasion (in this illustration, birth information). You will see the field titled Repository about half-way down on the left.
On the right hand side of the source screen is a button labeled Edit. Click this and the Edit Source screen appears.
On the left side of that screen about half way down is a button labeled Repository. Click this and you will be where we started working a few minutes ago.
By now the repository list includes the ones you added earlier. If you click <<no repository>>, the program will ask if you want to add a new repository. |
