Marriages

Option button

This generates a listing of all of the marriages in your file. Again, you have the opportunity to control what is printed, via the options box. You can control the sort order, and what names are listed.

Range

— Start Name:  This is where you give the beginning surname or letter of the alphabet you wish. Tip:  If you leave the first box (Start name) blank, the list will begin with those with no last names. If you want the list to give all with full names, put a letter "A."

— End Name  This is the end surname. If you wish the entire list, leave the letter "Z." Tip:  If you wish to list only a specific surname, enter that name as both the Start Name and the End Name.

Sort By

— MRIN  If this option is checked, the report will be sorted by Marriage Record Identification Number.

— Husband  If this option is checked, the report will be sorted by the surname of the husband.

— Wife  If this option is checked, the report will be sorted by the surname of the wife.
