This lists the names in your database in alphabetical order. Again, as the database grows, so will this list. But at some point, you will want to have a complete list of individuals in the database, and this is the report you will want. It lists the RIN, Name (surname sequence), Born/christened, Died/Buried dates, Type of MRIN (Parent or Spouse), MRIN (Marriage Record Identification Number), and name of parent or spouse.
There are ways to control the size of the output, and that is through the options screen for this report. The
options screen will allow you to choose the whole database or a selected block of names.
Tip:
If you leave the first box (Start name) blank, the list will begin with those with no last names. If you want the list to give all with full names, put a letter "A."
