The default in the search feature and the Individual Tab feature in PAF is to order the people in the file by the order in which they were entered.

Sometimes it's easier to find someone when the list is ordered alphabetically. In the future we will learn to do advanced searches to find any word you entered in any notes. It is sometimes easier to keep track of your direct-line individuals by using the Pedigree View option of PAF as shown below.

From this option you can pass your cursor over an individual's name and see an overview of the information entered on him or her. If you want to add his Bruno's father, just double click on the box to the upper right of his name. The males on the pedigree are on the upper lines, and the females are on the lower lines. This is also an easy way to keep track of the number of generations you are viewing.
