Preference Tab for Templates

Individual or Marriage Screen Changes

For the Individual and Marriage screens, this preference will allow you to determine what fields the screen will contain and what order they appear if you wish to speed up your data entry. For the course it is suggested that you just leave them the way they exist, but this is a useful feature if you routinely use only a few fields and ignore others.

Click on the "Help" button on the bottom of the screen for greater detail, as we will not be covering this in the course.
