| One of the sources for the periodicals found above came from the Aberdeen and North East Scotland Family History Society. It would be logical that primary information would come from the locality of the original records so this was why that resource was important. Considering the above Bruce family, another society who might have references would be the DAR because of George Bruce’s Revolutionary War record.
