UNDERSTANDING THIS WEB SITE
Your first task will be to read chapter 1 of Digging Deeper: Successful Methodologies and Fundamental Nineteenth Century Record Groups for the Family Historian. As you read along you may be sent to other web sites for supplemental information.

For example, click the that takes you to my GRAonline Web site. You will see other links like this throughout the course. Click on the Red box with the white "X" in the upper right hand corner to return to the lesson after viewing one of these sites.

I tend to ask questions to stimulate thinking. Some of your responses might be something you would like to include in the discussion areas for each week. Be sure to include the question as well as the answer in your discussion responses because students will be at different areas of the course and may not understand "where you are coming from."
