From the Main Menu Bar across the top of the PAF screen, select the Tools option.

From the Tools drop-down menu, select the Preferences menu.

The Preferences Menu with various "action items" will appear. The menu for Preferences are the eight Tabs across the top of the box. The action items are the various selections that you have to choose from within each box.

Select the General tab and note the middle area of that tab which states: Display Notes Selector.
