When my friend, Maureen Girard, found this quote, I fell in love with it immediately. Some of my relatives have always looked at me as rather strange because of my fascination with Family History. It seemed comforting to have something in common with an Einstein.

Like Einstein, I also think a lot about space and time, specifically the relationship between time and events. Why? Because I know that finding just the correct connection between the two, and the correlation they have with our ancestors' lives, will ultimately guide us to our sources.

By understanding the relationship between historical events in which your ancestors lived, and the space in which they traveled and ultimately settled, a jurisdiction will be discovered, and you will be lead to new sources of information.
