LDS Incomplete Individual Ordinances

This will only appear if you clicked Use LDS Data on the General tab in Preferences.

Option button

This is an alphabetical list of every individual who is missing at least one ordinance. All available ordinance information is displayed.

— Deceased only  Click this if you just want to have people with death dates checked. With this box checked, living persons data will not be included.

— Include End-of-line Individuals  This includes all applicable ordinances available for end-of-line individuals.

— Include 'Submitted/Cleared'  To find those people whose work has been submitted for temple work, click on this box. For this to work properly, you must have had the words "Submitted/Cleared" placed in the date field when submitting them to the temple.

— Include 'Completed/Done'  PAF will list any record that has these words in the date field of the LDS ordinances, if you click this box on. This can be helpful if you want to go and find the exact dates that the work was completed.

— Born between  Click on this option if you want to narrow the time period, thus limiting the number of records searched and reported on. Indicate the beginning year and ending year of birth to be checked.

Temple Submission Status

If you want a report of temple-ready status, check the appropriate status.

— Qualified  If you check this option, it will give the records that are ready to be submitted to the temple for ordinance work.

— Not qualified  If you check this option, it will report those records that are not ready to be submitted for temple work.

— Both  If you check this option, you will get a list containing both those that are qualified and not qualified.

Name Range

If you want to limit the report to a selected set of names enter the beginning and ending names here.
