Use this option to view or print out your custom lists or ones you generate at this LISTS tab.

Remember, you can use the results of any of these tabs to view or to print any of these reports and charts. If you wish to just see what possible problems there are with your localities, for example, just click Preview instead of Print. You may find that sometimes you abbreviate a locality and other times you spelled it out.

The Options button turns black when it applies to a list you might click. The options for each list are different. Check it each time to see if it includes some changes you wish to make to each list.

Unlinked Individuals  This will give you all the individuals you have entered who are not linked to a family or a spouse.

Duplicate Individuals  This gives all the individuals which the program considers might be duplicates.

Individuals by RIN  This gives all the individuals in the file, sorted by RIN.

Individuals by Alpha  This gives all the individuals in the file, sorted alphabetically. See example below.

Marriages  This gives all the marriages in the file. You can choose to sort the list by MRIN number, husband's name or wife's maiden name. You can also limit the report to a range of MRIN numbers or to a name range.

Possible Problems  This gives a list of any data discrepancies, such as a death date prior to a birth date, or a birth date after parents were too old or had died.

End-of-Line Individuals  This give all the individuals who are not linked to parents. This is where your current information stops.

Family Reunion Contacts  This is the list of Contact Information for all the individuals in your file. You can produce a phone list, address list or e-mail list but you cannot print this list. Once you have chosen what kind of list you wish, then click OK, you will be prompted where to save the information as a text file—to be manipulated or printed with a word processing program.

LDS Incomplete Individual Ordinances  This is a list of every individual who is missing at least one LDS ordinance. All available ordinance information is displayed.

LDS Incomplete Marriage Sealings  This is a list of all the marriages which do not have an LDS sealing also.

LDS Family Ordinance Summary  This gives an individual with parents and grandparents and LDS ordinance information.
