SUPPLEMENTAL COMPUTER CHECKLIST #12 Enter the repository name and address for your local center into the repository locality portion of your notes fields. There are two ways to place the name and address of a repository into the Repository List. The first and most direct way is from the Edit option on the main menu bar. The second way is through the Edit Screen for the individual or marriage. Repository List via the Edit Menu Option: Click the Edit menu option and select Repository List near the bottom of the menu options. 
From this screen you can select, add, edit, and delete repositories.
To add a repository click the Add button and the Repository screen will appear. This will consist of fields for the name, address, and telephone number for the repository.
For this exercise, enter the following repository: Family History Library Click OK once the name of the repository has been entered to add it to the list of potential repostitories. Click Close to return to a main screen. |
