YOUR LOCAL FAMILY HISTORY CENTER

Lucky indeed are those individuals who have local Family History Centers near them. In Monterey, California, we have one of the best in the nation because it has at its core, the basic reference materials for all of the United States as well as many resources for England, Germany, and the Scandinavian countries.

It has existed in this area for over 25 years, it is open 40 hours a week, and these hours for patrons:

Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9 am to 9 pm

Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm, and Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm

The center is located at the intersection of Plumas and Noche Buena in Seaside, California. Go around to the back of the building.

There is no fee to attend, it is operated by volunteers, many of which were former MPC students. They are anxious to help the beginner. To make a reservation on one of the four computers available, call (831)-394-1124.
